PUBLIC SYSTEMS LAB · NEW JERSEY / REMOTE

Complex systems become useful when you can see how they work.

I’m Chris Moore. I work across software, physical infrastructure, AI, and human operations—turning messy ideas into legible, testable systems.

OPERATING METHOD / 01

Training becomes method. Method becomes evidence.

Navy nuclear training shaped how I think about procedure, fault isolation, and verification. The portfolio does not ask you to take that on faith—the work exposes the reasoning and its limits.

  1. 01Observe

Define the environment, operator, and actual objective.

  2. 02Constrain

Name boundaries, authority, failure modes, and evidence.

  3. 03Model

Draw components and interfaces before hiding them in code.

  4. 04Build

Create the smallest slice capable of proving the idea.

  5. 05Verify

Test behavior and state what remains unverified.

FEATURED SYSTEMS / 02

Not a project pile. Inspectable systems.

Each featured build states what it is, what supports the claim, and what remains unfinished. Activity is not treated as proof of progress.

LAB BENCH / 03

Concepts you can touch.

The lab turns ideas in computer science into bounded experiments. The first tool is intentionally simple enough to inspect rather than merely admire.

LIVE MINI-TOOL · DETERMINISTIC

Pulse a tiny signal field.

Move the activation threshold, then send the same five signals through the field. This is a visual model—not a trained neural network—so every result stays inspectable.

INPUT 0.72Ready for a pulse.

Signal Field

Change a threshold and pulse a deterministic network to inspect which nodes activate.

Memory Diffusion

Trace why a graph-vector memory was retrieved and which edges influenced the result.

CTM/26 LAB GUIDE · PUBLIC DATA + WORKERS AI

Don’t just browse the site. Question it.

The Lab Guide can explain the public projects, compare systems, or help turn a loose idea into a testable first slice. It is an automated guide—not Chris—and it only knows the public context supplied by this site.

Common portfolio questions are answered from this site’s curated public data. Other messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI. This site does not save the conversation; it stays in this browser tab. Don’t enter passwords, account numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information. AI responses can be inaccurate.

SITE NODE / NEXT

A portfolio is only the first layer.

This site is becoming a public operating surface: project status, field notes, experiments, and a searchable knowledge layer—not a static résumé.

  1. 01 Verified project status registry
  2. 02 Searchable field notes + build logs
  3. 03 Expandable experiment collection
