ABOUT THE OPERATOR
I’m Chris Moore: an engineer, student, U.S. Navy veteran, and systems thinker interested in the places where software, physical infrastructure, human behavior, and artificial intelligence become one operating system.
I start with the real objective, hard constraints, failure modes, and the evidence required to call the work successful. Then I decompose the system, build the smallest useful slice, test what can be tested, and document what remains uncertain.
Navy nuclear training strengthened procedural thinking, technical accountability, fault isolation, and respect for systems whose parts cannot be understood independently. That influence appears here as method—not as a borrowed insignia or unsupported rank claim.
I use AI models as specialized collaborators for research, implementation, critique, and testing. Requirements stay explicit, changes stay reviewable, deterministic checks run where possible, and publication remains a human decision.
Featured work shows evidence. Experiments expose concepts while they are still forming. Private work stays private until it passes security, licensing, privacy, and readiness review. The boundary between those states matters.
